ABOUT THE IMAGE
Taken July 2021 at Black Fell, Cumbria
I seemed to have chosen the most awkward route to Black Fell, with footpaths disappearing, clambering over styles only to turn back the way I came & seemingly walking around the edge of the fell before ascending. However, it was due to this route that I managed to see some quintessential Cumbrian landscapes, perfectly framed by gates & breaks in the trees.
